The Arm Twist
I just got back from seeing my psychiatrist.
He told me in no uncertain terms that I am to continue writing my blog.
He said I need to face the “mad dog” of depression and not shrink from it.
I trust him.
I’m going to keep some notes this week and see what I am can come up with for this next week.
My heart is not in this but I will try. I will try anything.
