World Bipolar Day – March 30th : The Change Starts with Us!

Today marks the day that the world spreads awareness about Bipolar and Mental Illness.
It is a day that those who know about it, those who love someone with it or those who have it stand up and shout that “The STIGMAS must STOP!”

Lets open up our minds and begin to understand what many do not.

Lets open up our hearts and realize that this has gone on for decades and it is something that should be confronted with compassion, awareness and with the analysis of the break down of the myths that have been spewed from people’s mouths when it comes to mental illness.


March 30 is also the birthday of Vincent Van Gogh, the famous painter who cut off his own ear and was posthumously diagnosed with probable bipolar disorder, also known as manic depression.”
